Brookfield Properties and Hawaiian would like to advise that changes will be made to the facilities management team effective from 19th June.
Kevin Boodhoo will be relocating to 9 The Esplanade, Elizabeth Quay, and Jamie Astley will transfer to Bishops See (incorporating 235 St Georges Terrace, Lamonts, and Terrace Hotel).
Jamie has been with Brookfield Properties over the past year and is an experienced Facilities Manager who is also familiar with the Bishops See precinct. Please see below contact details for Jamie, who is undertaking the handover with Kevin this week and is contactable as per below:

Kevin remains with Brookfield Properties and will be on hand for Jamie if required. Kevin has been a terrific Facilities Manager for Bishops See and will ensure a smooth transition. Kevin’s last day at Bishops See will be this Thursday, 19th June 2025, and he will introduce Jamie to all key contacts over the next few days.
