Same Day Dry Cleaning
Brookfield and Hawaiian are pleased to announce the offer for pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning for tenants of 235 St Georges Terrace. Koko’s Dry cleaning are known for their high quality cleaning service and will offer the pick-up and delivery service on weekdays commencing from Monday 12 September 2016.
To place an order for Dry Cleaning please follow the below simple steps:
1. Fill out the attached Order Form (copies are also located at the Concierge Desk if you prefer to complete when dropping off)
2. Take your items to the Concierge Desk (ground floor), they will be placed into a dry cleaning bag along with your completed Order Form
3. When your order is ready, a text message will be sent to you advising that your order can be collected at the Concierge Desk. Please note that pick up and drop off times are between 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday. If the Concierge Desk is unmanned during these hours, there will be a note on the desk to advise to call security on 0439930775 who will be able to assist with your collection.
Items to note:
Items dropped off to the Concierge Desk before 10am will be returned before Close of Business the same day. Items dropped off after 10am will be returned the next day unless Koko’s Dry Cleaning contacts you directly to advise.
Please note that the attached Order Form has a section at the bottom for your credit card details, if you prefer not to complete this section, you can either call Koko’s Dry Cleaning and provide payment details over the phone or attend at their store at Brookfield Place (125 St Georges Terrace)
If any completed orders are not collected from the Concierge Desk after 2 days they will be brought up to your tenancy reception.
Please note that building management only coordinates the drop-off/pick-up point and that the service provided is between the staff member (Customer) and Koko’s Dry Cleaning. All liability remains between the Customer and Koko’s Dry Cleaning.
