Free fitness sessions are back! Register now for the 8 Week Wellness Program starting next week!

Hawaiian and Brookfield are proud to offer our 235 community another selection of complimentary fitness classes with wellness coach Kelly Dalby.

This program is balanced in its approach offering high-intensity training, resistance training and complimenting mind-body movement sessions (Pilates/Myofascial Movement, Yoga, Roll + Release).

The mind-body sessions on Thursday and Friday lunchtimes are going to physically support any other style of training but more importantly support your mental health.

This is an opportunity for you to commit to your own health and therefore your own happiness with the support of your coaches and your colleagues.

We welcome ALL levels of experience (including none!) and request that you alert coaches of any injuries you are carrying so that we can modify appropriately.

HOW TO BOOK

• Please book through the booking system, which is very easy to use. If you need any assistance, please speak to your concierge.

• Bookings are required for each session as there are caps on numbers for your own safety. Please register your details with the concierge should you miss out and wish to participate in future classes.

• If you are unable to attend, you must CANCEL your place to allow others to participate.

• Once you are registered, you can add the classes to your own calendar.

• Classes with (London + Parmelia House) in the heading are not available to 235 St Georges Terrace tenants.

• Please double check the location of your class. All bootcamp classes will be held outside in the Bishops See Gardens, 90 Mounts Bay Road (Behind Lamont's). Other classes will be held in the London House Conference Room or the Conference Room at 235 St George's Terrace. Again, your concierge will assist you with directions.

 

 

*Please note: There are no classes on 19 April (Good Friday)  or in Week 7 of the program (22 April to 26 April).
