Providing an extension to 235 St Georges Terrace tenant workspaces, this conference and meeting area is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building and easily accessible from the 235SGT lobby, where our five-star concierge can meet and greet our tenant's guests before they relax in the attractive break-out space, fitted with chic furniture and design details.
The new-look conference centre makes the most of its prime location in the desirable Bishops See heritage precinct, with floor to ceiling windows capturing the beauty of the adjacent rose gardens and perfect for our tenants to use as a dining or function space.
This newly updated conference and meeting space also boasts new audio-visual equipment, excellent acoustics and can be configured into more than 10 different layouts, allowing our tenants to host or attend an array of events ranging from pilates classes through to professional speaker events.
