Morning Pilates & Myofascial Movement

Brookfield Properties & Hawaiian is offering complimentary Pilates & Myofascial Movement sessions that feel like a meditation in motion. Be prepared to learn about your body and to leave in a state of bliss.

Key Details

Pilates is the perfect way to start your day, indulging in 45 minutes of multi-directional, body wide movement that supports the strength, stability, space, nourishment and adaptability that we need both in the body, and the many environments of our life. Kelly Dalby will take you through the 45minute session of explorative, mat based movement that is holistic in nature and incorporates soft spiky balls for myofascial release.

No previous experience is necessary and mats are provided.

Program Schedule

Commencing on Wednesday, 24 February, these sessions will run each Wednesday 7.00am - 7.45am in the 235 SGT Conference Room.
