We're inviting the 235 St Georges Terrace building community to attend three complimentary meditation sessions guided by experienced Meditation and Energy Practitioner, Chiu Chi Wen from Blue Body Spiritual Centre.

During the sessions Chiu Chi draws upon universal aspects of Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism, helping you to relax your body and calm your mind – giving you a greater feeling of inner peace and clarity.

The session is suitable for everyone, normal work wear is appropriate and fresh juice and healthy sandwiches and snacks will be provided after the meditation. Don't miss your chance to infuse a little more zen into your work life!
