Break a sweat at our free morning fitness sessions

Are you looking for a way to break out of your usual routine and burn some serious calories? Join us for 45mins of cardio, strength and agility exercises that are sure to get your heart racing.

Key Details 

More intense than your standard fitness class but much more fun than traditional gym workouts, these outdoor morning fitness sessions offers a dynamic workout to start your week with the support of a trained professional. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Program Schedule 

Commencing Wednesday, 4 November, these sessions will run for six weeks on Wednesday mornings before work in the Lamont's Gardens. 

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to session commencement to sign in and advise your trainer of any injuries/potential modifications you need that day.

HOW TO BOOK?

To book into a class, please book online here. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel or inform the concierge team 48 hours beforehand so we can offer the space to another person.
