KPMG Spring school holiday program
The KPMG school holidays program is an important part of KPMG's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, as we know that balancing work and family responsibilities directly impacts on our people's ability to build successful, satisfying and sustainable careers. Feedback from previous programs include:
“I think it’s a great idea, school holidays are always hard to manage”.
“My two girls loved it. They had a great time and it was lovely to be able to bring them into work with me”.
“It made a difference to me to be able to pop in and see my kids for lunch whilst they were in the office”.
The Spring School Holiday (provided by Camp Australia) will run onsite in the Perth KPMG office and has been tailored based on feedback from previous School Holiday Programs.
The program includes a mix of in-house activities as well as daily opportunities for fresh-air time.
The program is best suited for the 5-10 year age bracket, although open to all school-ages. Four year-old siblings are also able to attend. Please note that the 50% government childcare rebate is not accessible for the program at this current time.
We are pleased to advise that the program is also open to children of KPMG families and friends. Please spread the word to friends and colleagues with children - the more, the merrier!
